By accessing our website or making a purchase, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
Acceptance of Terms: By accessing, browsing, or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Updates: We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
Product Information: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display accurately represents the products.

We reserve the right to amend any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or oversights and to correct or update content or cancel orders at any time without prior notice. Please note that this also applies to orders that have been submitted.
Correction Of Errors Accuracy

While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of prices, images and information displayed on this site, Milo & Macy is not responsible for any error and reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, including without limitation, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price, image or the product description posted on this Online content, or an error in your order. We cannot guarantee that the product images are an exact representation of the actual products.
Pricing: All prices are in AUD and are subject to change without notice. Milo & Macy reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice at any time.
Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to buy, and our acceptance is conditioned upon your payment and our confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
Shipping: Please review our Shipping Policy for information on shipping rates, delivery times, and other related details.
Faulty Items: In the rare event that you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately.
Our items come with guarantees that fall under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major fault providing that the manufacturer is at fault and the garment has been well cared for. You are also entitled to have the items repaired or replaced if the item fails to be of acceptable quality. If you believe your item is faulty:
- You must email shop@miloandmacy.com.au com.au to notify Milo & Macy of the fault.
- You must provide details of the fault, including photographs.
- You will be asked to confirm, indicating that the Milo & Macy care and washing instructions have been adhered to.
- Milo & Macy will instruct you on how to proceed. This may include going into store or sending the item back to us through the post.
- Refunds will only be offered on faulty items once tested and assessed by our team. If we believe that you have not adhered to the care instructions or are making a false claim with regards to your item, a refund will not be issued.
- For items with minor faults, Milo & Macy reserves the right to offer store credit, exchange, repair (free of charge) or refund in a reasonable time frame.
Sale Items: Sale and discounted items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item is faulty.
Final Sale Terms & Conditions
- All items offered in a promotion are sold as-is and are a “Final Sale”. There are no returns or exchanges accepted.
- Offer valid for a limited time only, while supplies last at www.miloandmacy.com.au or in store.
- Items marked included in a promotion or sale are not eligible for price adjustments on prior purchases.
- Product prices already reflect final sale discount.
- Adding to your cart or receiving an order confirmation does not guarantee availability.
- In the case an item is out of stock after receiving an order confirmation, a full refund will be issued for the item.
- Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled
- Milo & Macy reserves to terminate a promotion or sale at any time.
- Usual shipping terms and conditions apply to all final sale items.
- We are unable to offer a price match for a further discount for already purchased products.
Returns Of Final Sale
- Any return of a FINAL SALE item will not be issued any form of refund, store credit or exchange.
- In the event you return a FINAL SALE item, you will be contacted to coordinate a return shipment back to you. You will also be responsible for the return shipment cost as you did not adhere to our FINAL SALE Terms & Conditions.
Care Instructions
- All purchases from Milo & Macy are bound by our care instructions, regardless of where else these care instructions have been published.
- As a rule, we expect you to hand-wash your items or get them professionally dry-cleaned as they are made of delicate materials.
- All leathers/suedes should have care applicators applied prior to first and subsequent uses.
- If you believe your item is faulty, you will need to provide a description of how you have cared for your item.
- Any guarantees are voided if the item is washed in a washing machine or been put through a dryer, care applicator has not been applied or general care for the item has not been taken.
- We will not accept faulty returns if the item has been washed in a washing machine, been put through a dryer, or washed with a harsh soap or worn. Our team are very experienced in detecting if an item has not been cared for properly.

Gift Cards And Store Credits
Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds on gift card purchases or store credits. Gift cards and store credits cannot be extended or accepted past the listed or agreed to expiration date. If a gift card is reported lost, stolen or missing, it will be blacklisted and deactivated immediately.
Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from date of purchse.
Intellectual Property
Milo & Macy owns all content displayed on the Website expect the publication of media and descriptions from designers within product listings. This includes the website, database, content, images, logos, titles, names, illustrations, designs, marketing, graphic, text and images.
The Customer is permitted to download, view, copy and print content on the Website for personal, informational and non-commercial purposes only. Such content must not be modified or altered in any way. If you wish to copy, reproduce, alter, distribute, publish or use content on the Website in any manner other than as permitted under these Terms, you must have written consent from us. We may withhold such consent at our absolute discretion.
Milo & Macy makes no representation or warranty to the Customer of any kind that the goods and services will not infringe on any intellectual property rights of a third party.
